Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These terms
These terms apply to this hosted Perch Radar service: the website, API, CLI, and MCP access that you reach through this origin. By creating an account or signing in, you agree to them.
If you run your own copy of the software, these terms describe this operator's hosted service only. Publish your own terms for that instance.
The software
Perch Radar is source-available under the Business Source License 1.1. Using this hosted service does not grant you extra rights in the source, and it does not let you offer Perch Radar to others as a hosted or managed service.
The hosted service
We provide a personal attendance tracker so you can record office, holiday, sick, travel, and blocked days against a rolling policy. There is no charge for individual use of this hosted service. Sign-in is with Google. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or withdraw the service.
Your account
- You must be allowed to use Google sign-in for this purpose.
- Keep your Google account and any API tokens under your control.
- Do not try to access another person's records.
- Do not use the service to break the law, probe other accounts, or disrupt the service.
You can export or delete your account from Profile at any time. Deletion removes your data from this service.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is in the Privacy policy. Google's sign-in is also covered by Google's Terms of Service.
No warranty
The service is provided as is. We are not responsible for policy decisions at your workplace, for lost records if you delete your account, or for losses that arise from using or not being able to use the service, except where the law says we cannot exclude that.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the latest version. If a change is material, we will show the new date here. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
